Job summary

Daman Securities LLC in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Officer to support clients across brokerage accounts, trading activity, and market information. You will deliver client-centric service to retail and institutional traders, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently in line with SCA rules.

You will guide onboarding, assist with KYC, funding, and platform navigation, while maintaining CRM records and identifying opportunities for additional products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance/economics or related field.
• Strong Arabic-English communication and client-facing abilities.
• Knowledge of UAE financial services regulations, especially SCA.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, chat about trading accounts and market updates.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, platforms, and account features.
• Resolve issues related to trade execution, account access, statements, and service matters.
• Assist clients with account opening, KYC/AML docs, funding, and withdrawals.
• Guide onboarding, including SCA activation and platform familiarisation.
• Maintain up-to-date client records in the CRM in compliance with regulations.
• Proactively engage clients to identify opportunities for additional products and services.
• Collaborate with dealers, operations, compliance, and IT to resolve inquiries.
• Uphold company values and sound judgment in decision making.
• Any other duties as required by management.
