Job summary

Mackenzie Jones Middle East seeks a Head of Brand Management for a regional bank. You will own the brand strategy, ensure consistent brand expression across branches, digital platforms, and events, and lead governance and research activities to drive brand health and reputation.

The role requires a strong track record in banking or large consumer brands, with 8–10 years of relevant experience and a strategic, cross-functional leadership style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred background in banking, brand consultancy, major agency, telecom or large customer-facing brand.

Responsibilities

• Own the brand strategy, positioning, architecture, and value proposition to build long-term brand equity.
• Define and manage brand expression across branches, website, apps, screens, social channels, and events for consistency.
• Strengthen brand presence across physical and digital touchpoints for distinctiveness and consistency.
• Establish and oversee brand governance standards aligning with a unified brand direction.
• Lead social media and influencer strategy to drive engagement and protect brand reputation.
• Oversee brand research, market insights, competitor analysis, and brand health tracking.
• Provide direction to Social Media, Brand Governance & Research, and Creative teams for aligned execution.
• Manage internal and external partners to deliver compliant, customer-focused, commercially effective initiatives.
