Job summary

Mashreq in Dubai seeks a senior marketing leader to drive the assigned division, delivering on financial and non-financial objectives through hands-on guidance and strategic oversight.

You will manage global client relationships across GCC and international markets, shaping a broad strategy that covers assets, liabilities, products, systems, recovery and HR.

As part of a high-performing team, you will set directions, benchmark performance, and develop regional thought leadership across the bank.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a marketing division or large team.
• Strong regional client relationship experience across multiple markets.
• Ability to develop and execute broad strategy spanning assets, liabilities, products, systems, recovery and HR.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and hands-on guidance to the assigned marketing division to achieve pre-set financial and non-financial objectives.
• Global client relationships across GCC plus Korea, Japan, Turkey, China, Spain, Italy, etc.
• Develop a broad strategy for the assigned division for all aspects of the business i.e. assets, liabilities, products, systems, recovery and Human Resources.
• Team viewed as one of the best in the market, driving strategies and transaction benchmarks that are often used by the region’s other banks.
• Developed clear expertise in a complicated business; thought leaders across the region
