Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Brand Trainer for Majid Al Futtaim LifeStyle to empower staff with product knowledge and brand messaging across stores, ensuring high customer service standards and strong brand alignment.

The role focuses on developing brand training plans, creating engaging content, and applying learning tech to drive measurable improvements in performance and sales growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Qualification in Training / Human Resources.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Evidence of content creation and use of technology for learning.

Responsibilities

• Support Line Managers to conduct training needs analysis and define relevant training requirements based on team and individual needs.
• Create the brand and product training plan in line with brand standards covering all business unit needs.
• Develop training content as well as adapt training manuals received from Principals to suitable training materials catering to a mix of learning styles.
• Remain abreast of developments in the field of learning and facilitation skills and recommend suitable approaches that can be adapted to the organization.
• Monitor learning interventions for impact on enhanced performance ensuring the purpose of learning and expected change is clearly defined.
• Identify training needs clearly, keep a record and relate to on-going development of the individual and teams.
• Mentor the participants for cementing of knowledge to translate to business impact.
