Job summary

GMG, a global well-being company, is seeking a Manager Brand Marketing in Dubai. You will lead client servicing and manage relationships with brand principals, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution and brand stewardship.

You will develop integrated marketing campaigns, guide cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to refine future campaigns, while mentoring the team to achieve quarterly objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in integrated marketing campaigns and brand stewardship.
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proven communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring needs and objectives are met with excellence.
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign elements (creative, media, strategy).
• Provide regular updates, reports and insights to clients, maintaining transparency and trust.
• Monitor brand performance and drive improvements by coordinating with principals and internal teams.
