Job summary

Klea Pharmaceuticals LLC in Dubai seeks a seasoned Commercial/Brand leader to adapt global brand plans to UAE markets, build field tools, and guide pricing and forecasting. You will work with licensors and distributors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive digital marketing initiatives for healthcare professionals and selected consumer channels.

The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer/Director, is full‑time, on‑site in Dubai, with regional travel, and requires 6+ years in pharma

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or life‑science discipline.
Fluent professional English. Arabic strongly preferred for customer-facing material review and local campaigns.
MBA or postgraduate qualification in marketing or business.
Formal training in pharmaceutical marketing, forecasting or market access.

Responsibilities

Brand strategy and annual planning for UAE products with market sizing and KPIs.
Translate global brand material into UAE positioning and local campaigns.
Lead pricing, forecasting, MOHAP submissions and tender considerations.
Act as marketing counterpart to licensors and distributors; lead quarterly reviews and reporting.
Build digital presence for healthcare professionals and compliant consumer channels; manage agencies.
