Al Ghurair Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi invites guest-focused individuals to join our showroom as Guest Welcome and Hosting ambassadors. You will greet visitors in Arabic or English, share the brand story, guide guests around displays, and ensure a warm, professional first impression.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid Emirati passport and Family Book.
• High school certificate as a minimum. Diploma or degree holders are also welcome.
• No prior work experience needed. Full training is provided.
• Fluent spoken Arabic and good conversational English.
• Basic computer skills: email, Microsoft Office and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Greet every guest within moments of arrival in Arabic or English as they prefer.
• Find out the purpose of the visit and introduce the guest to the right sales or service consultant.
• Look after guests while they wait seating refreshments and regular updates on waiting time.
• Give extra care to VIP guests families and guests of determination.
• Introduce the brand story model range and key features at a basic level.
• Guide guests around the display cars and the showroom's digital tools and configurators.
• Represent the brand in grooming language and conduct at all times.
• Log every walk-in guest and their contact details in the CRM or visitor register.
• Book and confirm test drive and consultation appointments.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
• Assist at vehicle handovers so each delivery feels like an occasion.
• Support model launches VIP previews and off-site activations.
• Collect guest feedback and pass it to the Showroom Manager Handle simple concerns politely and escalation complaints quickly.

Guest Welcome and Hosting

Showroom Standards

• Keep the reception lounge and display areas tidy and guest-ready throughout the shift
• Check that brochures price lists and display materials are stocked and up to date
• Report any facility or display car issue to the Showroom Manager straight away

Support to Sales and Service

• Log every walk-in guest and their contact details in the CRM or visitor register
• Book and confirm test drive and consultation appointments
• Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
• Assist at vehicle handovers so each delivery feels like an occasion

Events and Feedback
