Job summary

Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the comprehensive management of the assigned brand, driving regional growth and profitability. You will develop and execute brand business plans, collaborate with the principal, and ensure effective brand penetration in the region.

You will lead a culturally diverse team, coordinate with marketing and VM teams, and respond to local market trends while maintaining compliance with local regulations and cultural expectations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Merchandising, Brand Management or Marketing.
• 5–7 years in multi-brand retailing, preferably apparels.
• 1–2 years leading a group of brands or a large brand.
• Experience managing relationships with large international principals and visibility in promotions and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Plan seasonal budgets and guide merchandisers with forward buying estimates.
• Monitor stock levels and analyze reports to gauge performance and adjust promotions.
• Set pricing strategies to achieve margin targets and stay competitive.
• Maintain effective communication and negotiations with brand principals.
• Lead a diverse team, ensure staffing and staff development.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations for promotions and VM changes.
• Collaborate with principals, suppliers and project managers for efficient operations.
