Job summary

Amazon UAE is seeking a Specialist - Brand Management in Dubai to build and manage brand partnerships, optimize performance, and drive growth across vendor relationships. You will analyze data, coordinate with internal teams, and implement joint business plans to enhance product selection and customer experience.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with exposure to e-commerce and retail analytics. UAE national preferred.

Qualifications

• UAE National with a valid family book.
• Final year student or graduate within 24 months.
• Degree in business, science, engineering, supply chain, or related discipline.
• Experience in account management, project management, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic language ability is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationships with strategic and Tier 1 vendors.
• Provide brands with commercially relevant recommendations.
• Develop growth plans with vendor stakeholders and create mutually beneficial plans.
• Define joint business plans based on priorities, category objectives, customer needs, and data.
• Translate category plans into actions with owners, deadlines, and outcomes.
• Support vendors in achieving vendor improvement targets.
