Job summary

BUZ | Experiential Marketing, PR & Events Consultancy seeks an Events Specialist to ideate, plan, manage, and execute impactful brand experiences in the UAE. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading from concept development through delivery.

The role requires 2-3 years UAE experience, strong project management, excellent communication and client-servicing skills, and a UAE driving license. A Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of UAE events/brand activations experience.
• Ability to conceptualize, pitch and execute campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and client-servicing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing or Communications (preferred).
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Note: role is Events Strategist, not Operations.

Responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, manage and execute events and brand experiences.
• Lead concept development, client servicing, production and delivery.
• Develop original event concepts aligned with client objectives.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as main contact.
• Collaborate with design, production and digital teams for execution.
• Create compelling decks and proposals to communicate ideas.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors and logistics.
• Stay updated on event trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Support new business development with creative ideas.
