Job summary

Huda Beauty in Dubai is seeking an organized and creative Events Specialist to help execute event marketing strategies for the MEAI region. You will support the Assistant Event Manager in planning, execution, and evaluation of high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses that resonate with the community and meet regional needs.

This 6-month fixed-term contract requires strong project management, budgeting, and a proven track record of successful large-scale events.

Qualifications

Proven track record of large-scale events.
Experience in influencer marketing and project management.
Strong budgeting skills and vendor management.
Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing high-profile brand events, product launches, and masterclasses, reflecting the brand’s values and market positioning.
Adapt global event strategies to meet MEAI regional needs.
Manage timelines and logistics for quality and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for cohesive event execution.
Conduct post-event analysis and provide insights to improve ROI.
Prepare reports, strategy documents, and presentations for senior management on a regular basis.
