Job summary

ADC in Dubai seeks a seasoned BTL Manager to lead end-to-end experiential campaigns across live events, activations, and CX initiatives. You will oversee roadshows, product launches, brand events, and sponsorship activations while ensuring brand consistency and measurable customer engagement.

The role requires 5–7 years in BTL or events, fluency in Arabic and English, strong project management, budget control, and stakeholder management, with automotive experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in BTL, experiential, events, or CX roles.
• Strong expertise in BTL marketing, events, and experiential activations.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of BTL campaigns across multiple touchpoints.
• Oversee roadshows, product launches, brand events, retail activations, and activations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams; manage timelines, budgets, and vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency, legal/compliance, health & safety, and on-ground delivery quality.
