Job summary

adidas is seeking a Brand Communications Manager for Running & Outdoor to position its brand in EMC across Emerging Markets Central. You will drive strategic campaigns, collaborate with hub teams and agencies, and ensure brand integrity while expanding participation in running and outdoor activities.

You will oversee media planning and activation, stay ahead of new media opportunities, and support partner activities to lift brand exposure and retail traffic.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business or equivalent marketing experience.
• Experience in a matrix organization with Global and Local exposure.
• Passion for running, outdoor activities and sport culture.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall brand communications strategy for Running & Outdoor through campaigns and brand moments.
• Lead development, preparation and execution of campaigns with hub and city teams across ATL and BTL media.
• Coordinate with Brand Communication Director, agencies and partners to maximize exposure within the marketing mix.
• Stay up to date on media environment and new media opportunities for Running & Outdoor.
• Support Sports Marketing team with partner activities to achieve brand objectives.
• Provide input into annual and quarterly media/advertising plans with agencies.
• Ensure legal usage of adidas trademarks and logos.
• Lead agency briefs creation to deliver insight-led, globally aligned, budget-conscious responses.
• Manage MWB allocation across the Market with hub teams per Global guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with internal/external partners for day-to-day activities.
• Be the Brand Guardian for adidas Running & Outdoor in EMC.
