Responsibilities

• Cash vault dual control and cash handling.
• Approve daily transactions and overrides within limits.
• Manage branch operations and service delivery.
• Coach and supervise staff to improve sales and service.
• Ensure SLA adherence with internal and external customers.
• Monitor customer service standards and resolve complaints.
