Job summary

ADIB seeks an experienced Operations and Service Manager for its Dubai Nad Al Hamar Branch. You will oversee branch operations, review controls and approvals, and drive service delivery and staff management.

You will balance cash handling, ensure service excellence, and support sales of deposits and retail/institutional services while maintaining compliance with central bank regulations.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of branch operations and back-office functions.
• Knowledge of ADIB policies and systems.
• Understanding of UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Proficient computer skills and software literacy.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Cash vault dual control and approval of daily transactions.
• Manage branch cash and compliance with cash holding limits.
• Oversee inward/outward clearing, reconciliations, and daily reports.
• Approve processes, system inputs, and service delivery for customers.
• Ensure all customer transactions comply with ADIB policies and procedures.
• Coach and mentor staff to boost sales and cross-selling.
• Monitor service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Execute SLA agreements with internal and external customers.
