Job summary

Besst Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Branch Manager with Health Management background to oversee daily branch operations and drive profitability.

The role requires leadership, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to manage staff, coordinate with doctors, and develop growth plans. You will monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with health authority standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Management, Public Health, or a paramedical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented approach.
• Strong sales, marketing, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and multitask.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Achieve sales revenue and collection targets while maintaining branch profitability

• Conduct client consultations including upselling and cross-selling treatments packages and products

• Oversee inventory stock usage expiry monitoring procurement and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company procedures licensing requirements and health authority standards
• Monitor KPIs maintain accurate financial and operational records and submit regular reports
