Job summary

Besst group is seeking a proactive professional in Abu Dhabi to support daily branch operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, and follow up with clients, while promoting treatments and products to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Health Management, Public Health, or a paramedical field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, sales, persuasion, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager with daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle calls and online inquiries, schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
• Promote treatments/packages and products through upselling and cross-selling to achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate doctors and therapists’ schedules to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Process payments, maintain accurate client records and prepare reports.
• Address client concerns and support marketing events and business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards.
