Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to support branches across the UAE. The role emphasizes delivering consistent service and resolution of customer issues, with flexibility to deploy to any branch as needed.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, cross-selling products, and building relationships to grow the bank's retail presence. A bachelor or diploma in a commercial field is required, with 2–5 years in banking and a UAE driving

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Bachelor / Diploma Degree in any commercial related field.
• English language required; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Provide bank customer's financial services with competent, timely and problem-free services.
• Improve service level at the branch and take ownership of customer complaint resolution.
• Contact customers by telephone and visits to cross-sell bank products and obtain leads.
• Identify and establish new relationships to maximise market share.
• Be flexible and available to work at any branch within the network and ensure consistent service standards across locations.
