Job summary

Cartier is seeking a Business Risk Manager to strengthen internal-control and compliance across UAE boutiques, POS, digital activities and office operations. You will collaborate with boutique and cross-functional teams to enhance controls while preserving an exceptional client experience.

You will lead manual reviews, guide operational teams on controls and AML, analyse sales activity, conduct audits, and support investigations with discretion.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of boutique operations, internal controls, compliance and audit processes.
• Ability to assess business situations, identify risk areas and fraud exposure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Independent, discreet and ethical in handling sensitive boutique matters.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain the Boutique Operations Manual with regional and international teams.
• Partner with boutique management to optimise workflows while ensuring risk control.
• Provide guidance and training on operational controls, compliance, AML and fraud prevention.
• Onboard new joiners with proper introduction to compliance and operations during probation.
• Analyse boutique sales activity, including high-value transactions and refunds, and report findings.
• Conduct Operational Checks across boutiques and at points of sale, and prepare related reports.
• Follow up on audit findings and implement improvements to strengthen controls.
