The Boiler Operator protects the continuity of hotel services by maintaining stable boiler output and responding quickly to abnormal readings or mechanical problems. Key Responsibilities

• Operate boiler systems that supply and regulate steam or heat for hotel facilities.

• Cooperate with other hotel departments during service requirements and technical interruptions.
• Maintain professional grooming, punctuality and conduct.
• Analyze recurring operational problems and recommend structured action plans.

Ideal Profile

Candidates should have one to two years of experience operating and maintaining boiler systems in a 5-star hotel or comparable hospitality environment. Knowledge of steam and heat regulation, gauge monitoring, equipment testing and safety compliance is required. Formal certification in boiler operation or plant engineering is preferred. Experience with preventive maintenance, pneumatic systems, emergency response and operational documentation will be advantageous.
