Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAU L.L.C is seeking technicians to install, commission, and troubleshoot equipment on site in Dubai. You will follow detailed instructions, adhere to approved layouts, and log deviations to prevent bottlenecks.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, maintain service records, monitor performance, and escalate recurring problems to engineers. Mentors fresh technicians and ensures quality in field operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates from Installation/projects background and no service /maintenance background.
• Prior experience in UAE is preferred, not mandatory. Candidates with work experience in any Middle East country will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install, Perform Commissioning, and troubleshooting activities of equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved layout drawings and schematics.
• Log deviations between drawings and site conditions and elevate early resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
• Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that the systems continue to perform reliably.
• Maintain accurate service records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying engineers of recurring problems.
• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed,
• Ensure schedules finish on time to meet commitments.
• Coach and mentor fresh technicians, check the quality of their work, and help them diagnose and solve problems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• They will be deployed into installation projects and so similar experience is preferred.Candidates with a mix of experience, i.e projects as well as services can be considered.Candidates who are currently in the service industry but previously worked in installation projects can also be considered.Direct Hire or Outsource- This can only be confirmed at the offer stage.
