Job summary

Tanqeeb in United Arab Emirates seeks an Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance Technician to join our field team in Dubai. You will install, commission, troubleshoot equipment and ensure work orders align with drawings.

You will mentor junior technicians, maintain service records, and ensure on-time completion while adhering to safety standards and site procedures.

Qualifications

• Qualification must include Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/ Mechanical or equivalent.
• Experience: 3-5 years for Diploma path; 7-8 years for ITI path.
• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Install, Perform Commissioning, and troubleshooting activities of equipment in accordance with detailed instructions and work orders.
• Ensure installations are carried out as per approved layout drawings and schematics.
• Log deviations between drawings and site conditions and escalate for early resolutions to prevent system bottlenecks.
• Perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance on customer installations to ensure that the systems continue to perform reliably.
• Maintain accurate service records and monitor the performance of equipment, notifying engineers of recurring problems.
• Ensure industry and local physical security processes are followed.
• Ensure schedules finish on time to meet commitments. Coach and mentor fresh technicians, check the quality of their work, and help them diagnose and solve problems.

Education

Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/Mechanical or relevant field

ITI (2 years) with 7-8 years of experience in relevant field
