In this role, you will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate designs and successful project delivery, utilizing advanced CAD tools to generate high-quality technical drawings for system installations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BMS schematics and layouts based on project requirements, ensuring alignment with specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure the design meets project timelines and specifications.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software to create precise, high-quality technical drawings for system installations and upgrades.
• Review technical specifications and documentation to deliver comprehensive draughting solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the design process.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to gather the necessary data for accurate designs.
• Prepare as-built drawings to document any changes during construction for future reference and maintenance.
• Assist in selecting materials and components to ensure cost-effective, high-performance BMS solutions.
• Participate in project meetings to update the team on drafting progress and address any challenges.

Required Qualifications:
