Job summary

IT People Gulf is seeking an experienced BMS Engineer for Data Center Operations in Dubai. The role focuses on reliability, monitoring, and optimization of critical facility infrastructure and BMS systems within a mission-critical data center environment.

You will oversee operation and maintenance of HVAC, power systems, generators, UPS, and BMS platforms, ensuring uptime while coordinating with vendors and facility teams. Strong English communication and UAE driving credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years in BMS, critical facilities, or data center operations.
• Hands-on experience with BMS platforms and data center infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS platforms and critical facility infrastructure.
• Manage HVAC, electrical, UPS, generators, and switchgear in a data center.
• Develop and follow SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and asset registers.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and security for maintenance.
• Participate in 24×7 shift operations and incident response.
