You will program BMS and PPM systems, analyze plant performance, log data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and monitoring a building management system (BMS).
• Ability to analyze plant behavior against set points.
• Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling (PPM).
• Audit plant performance using BMS data and alarms.
• Diagnose plant issues and propose remedial actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide the maintenance supervisor with PPM schedules and follow-ups.
• Analyze plant behavior and set parameters for controls.
• Perform daily auditing of plant performance via BMS data.
• Diagnose failures and propose remedial actions for approval.
• Use historical data to propose improvements and reduce costs.
• Program BMS and PPM systems for automatic testing.
