Job summary

Atlantis, The Palm is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to lead and supervise daily facilities operations on a luxury property in Dubai. You will ensure reliable operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and BMS-integrated systems, coordinating manpower, maintenance works and safety compliance to uphold five-star service standards.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 5–7 years of facilities experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS coordination, pumps and controls.
• Ability to read drawings and lead teams.
• Good reporting, communication and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and allocate daily tasks and PPM activities.
• Lead troubleshooting and rectification of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and BMS issues.
• Monitor system performance, alarms and operational parameters.
• Coordinate with Operations, BMS and Engineering teams for system optimization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, SOPs, and facility standards.
• Verify work quality, close work orders and report deviations.
• Support shutdowns, emergency response and critical operations.
• Train, guide and mentor technicians on site.
• Escalate major faults and recommend improvements.
