Job summary

DAMATECH TRADING & CONTRACTING in Dubai, UAE, seeks a hands-on BMS Engineer to install, configure, test and commission Siemens Desigo CC and PX controllers across building automation systems.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software faults, optimize HVAC and lighting, read electrical drawings, and support client demonstrations, with travel to site as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation, programming, testing and commissioning of BMS systems.
• Experience with Siemens Desigo CC, PX controllers, and related BMS solutions.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics.

Install configure test and commission Siemens Building Management System BMS solutions Program and troubleshoot Siemens BMS controllers including Desigo CC and PX Controllers Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of BMS systems Monitor and optimize HVAC lighting and other building automation systems for efficient operation Diagnose and resolve hardware software and communication faults in BMS networks Configure and integrate field devices sensors actuators VFDs and controllers Prepare technical documentation commissioning reports and as-built drawings Coordinate with MEP contractors consultants and clients during project execution Conduct system testing functional performance testing FPT and client demonstrations Ensure compliance with project specifications industry standards and safety regulations Provide technical support and training to clients and end users Attend service calls and respond promptly to system breakdowns Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely completion of work Maintain accurate service records and submit daily weekly progress reports Support system upgrades software updates and expansion projects as required Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).Proven hands-on experience with Siemens Desigo CC, PX Controllers, and Siemens BMS solutions.Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering, or a related field.Strong knowledge of HVAC controls, BMS architecture, BACnet, Modbus, and DDC controllers.Experience in installation, programming, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of BMS systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and technical documentation.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under project deadlines.Willingness to travel to project sites and attend emergency service calls when required.UAE Driving License is preferred.GCC/UAE project experience will be an added advantage.Immediate joiners will be given preference.
