Job summary

Sisco Jobs is seeking a skilled and proactive BMS (Building Management System) Operator to monitor, manage and maintain the building's automated systems to ensure optimal operation, safety and energy efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BMS software, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, and a strong focus on maintaining building performance standards. This role requires shift work in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Electronics Mechanical or related field.
• Certification or training in BMS operations is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems electrical controls and mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with BMS software (e.g. Honeywell Siemens Schneider Johnson Controls).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control building systems through the BMS to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform routine checks, troubleshooting and adjustments on HVAC, lighting, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to alarms and system alerts to minimize downtime.
• Maintain logs and system documentation for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to carry out repairs and upgrades.
• Analyse system data to recommend energy optimization strategies.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure safety/compliance standards.
• Support facility management in planning system upgrades and integrations.
