Job summary

Green Power Commodities is seeking a Biofuels Broker to grow a client portfolio through proactive outreach, trade execution, and relationship management in the renewables market. You will monitor trends and deliver pricing insights daily, while driving sales performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in brokerage or physical trading, Biofuels experience preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop client portfolio through direct outreach, including cold calls, and build long-term relationships
• Generate leads with a targeted pipeline to fuel outreach
• Meet PnL goals by driving sales and performance
• Execute trades with precision for smooth transactions
• Engage with clients by calls, online platforms and meetings to meet needs
• Monitor market trends and provide daily pricing updates and insights

As a Biofuels Broker, you will:

• Develop your client portfolio by actively seeking new opportunities through direct outreach, including cold calling , and building long-term business relationships.
• Generate leads by creating and maintaining a targeted pipeline to fuel your outreach efforts.
• Own your performance surpassing clear PnL goals.
• Execute trades with precision, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
• Engage with clients through calls, online platforms, and face-to-face meetings , ensuring you understand and meet their specific needs.
• Monitor market trends and provide clients and stakeholders with daily updates on pricing and relevant insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in brokerage or physical trading (biofuels/feedstocks experience preferred, but general physical trading experience also considered).
• Fluent in English in English (any other language is a plus)
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of market trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and clients with ease.
