Job summary

Green Power Commodities in Dubai seeks a Junior Sales Trader to price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time while actively expanding a client network.

You will work with senior traders, participate in market‑making discussions and pricing sessions, and help structure commercial deals and client proposals, with hands‑on training in niche environmental markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong commercial mindset and interest in energy, sustainability, or trading.
• Fluent English; any additional language is a plus.
• First experience in sales or trading is desirable.
• Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Actively support client coverage, helping price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time.
• Proactively build your own client network and generate commercial opportunities.
• Participate in market-making discussions, pricing sessions, and daily market calls.
• Develop trading intuition by monitoring market movements, client flow, and liquidity.
• Take part in structuring commercial deals and preparing client proposals.
• Support senior traders during client calls and follow up on commercial leads.
• Coordinate internally to ensure trades are confirmed, settled, and compliant.
• Join senior traders in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to grow your book.

What We’re Looking For:
