Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity designed for early career talent to immerse in the Web3 space. You will work with the VIP & Institutional team, supporting CRM and marketing campaigns across MENA, and develop transferable skills through hands-on experience and networking opportunities.

You will collaborate with multiple business units, plan community events, and contribute to data-driven decision making in a dynamic crypto ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Keen to gain solid experience in CRM and/or Marketing.
• Clear communicator with ability to collaborate across units.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills for campaign performance insights.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members to plan and execute impactful campaigns for Binance users across MENA.
• Coordinate CRM marketing activities, campaign coordination and post-campaign analysis.
• Ideate, recommend, execute and analyze campaigns and experiments.
• Lead in CRM marketing platform administration and campaign performance tracking.
• Assist with ad-hoc and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Coordinate marketing efforts between central and local teams.

About Binance VIP & Institutional Team

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members to create and execute impactful campaigns tailored towards all of the Binance users across different functions products and markets in MENA
• Support the team in campaign coordination management and .
• Ideate recommend execute & analyze campaigns and experiments.
• Lead in CRM marketing platform administration operations campaign and postcampaign performance tracking.
• Assist with adhoc and housekeeping tasks as required.
• Coordinate marketing efforts between central and local teams.
• Assist in planning and executing community events both virtual and inperson including webinars meetups and other community events and workshops.

Requirements

• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain.
• Passionate team player who is keen to look for solid work experience in CRM and/or Marketing in general.
• A clear communicator ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly while collaborating closely with Business units and local teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
• Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additionally Arabic would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
