Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. You will develop skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem.

Current university students and recent graduates are invited to apply; terms of employment will be contract-based as per local laws.

Qualifications

• Current university student or recent graduate.
• Interest in growth marketing and digital campaigns.
• Bilingual English/Arabic to coordinate with overseas partners & stakeholders.
• Good understanding of MENA markets and local digital culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of growth and marketing campaigns across MENA markets.
• Assist with campaign setup, coordination, tracking, and reporting.
• Help localize global campaigns and content for MENA audiences.
• Support offline events, university activities, and community initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify growth opportunities.
• Help monitor campaign performance and organize data into simple insights.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university or a recent graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and the crypto / fintech industry
• Bilingual English/Arabic is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners & stakeholders
• Good understanding of MENA markets and local digital culture
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and simple reporting
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and support execution with attention to detail
• Experience in student clubs, internships, events, content creation, or marketing projects is a plus
