Binance Accelerator Program in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an entry‑level Marketing Finance Analyst to support ROI calculations, budgeting, and reporting across regions. You will work with marketing and finance teams to analyze campaigns, gather data, and build dashboards that drive smarter spending decisions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing or recently completed degrees in finance or marketing, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset in a fast-paced crypto

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and perform financial calculations.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts, financial modelling, business case, and Return on Investment computation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment across multiple geographies.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Compute and review pre-campaign ROI estimates to support campaign planning and budgeting.
• Assist in post-campaign ROI analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and financial impact.

• Collaborate with regional marketing and finance teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of campaign metrics.
• Assist in identifying trends, insights, and opportunities for optimizing marketing spend.
• Provide ad-hoc support for other finance and marketing-related projects as needed.
