Post Listing Research and Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Incident handling: support projects during major incidents (e.g., hacking/security incidents, collapse of CEX, etc.)
• Identify root cause and assess impact of incident on Binance and projects
• Work with internal BUs and external projects to minimize impact
• Research and risk management: conduct review on performance of listed tokens
• Understand quantitative and qualitative metrics used in reviewing tokens (product adoption metrics, on‑chain metrics, project development, community sentiments, etc.)
• Identify risks associated with tokens
• Recommend and implement measures based on risks associated with tokens
• Evaluate requests from listed projects (rebrand, mainnet integration, swap, etc.)
• Write concise reports on risks identified, requests, and incidents
• Drive initiatives to improve risk detection and mitigation
• Operations: onboard new listings (gather key info, prepare for trading)
• Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests by listed tokens (airdrop, cross‑chain swap, old‑to‑new swap, etc.)
• Optimize process and SOP

Requirements

• 5–9 years of proven success (research or consulting experience is relevant)
• Critical thinker who can grasp key principles and identify root causes
• Analytical and structured approach
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of crypto
• Driven self‑starter, able to evaluate risks and rewards of different decisions
