PeopleStrong in Dubai seeks a BIM Modeler to develop 3D BIM models (Revit) for precast elements, including columns, beams, slabs, and façades, in line with approved design information and BIM standards.

You will coordinate with design engineers, update models for design changes, support clash detection with Navisworks, ensure version control, and assist with drawing extraction and detailing consistency.

• Develop 3D BIM models (Revit) for precast elements — columns, beams, wall panels, load-bearing walls, façade/cladding panels, hollow-core and solid slabs, staircases, balconies and connections — in line with approved design information and BIM standards.
• Model connections, embedded items, lifting inserts and reinforcement information as directed by the Senior BIM Modeler and Design Engineers.
• Update and revise models based on design changes, consultant/client comments and instructions from Senior Modellers or Engineers.
• Extract general arrangement, element and production drawings from BIM models under supervision.
• Support clash detection activities using Navisworks and assist in resolving modelling-level clashes.
• Follow BIM standards, naming conventions and Levels of Detail (LOD) requirements set out in the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Maintain accurate model version control and coordinate revisions with the BIM Coordinator/Document Control.
• Assist with model-based clarifications requested by the Production Department during manufacturing.
