Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC is seeking a BIM coordinator to develop detailed 3D mechanical models in Revit MEP, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and extract fully coordinated shop drawings from the approved model.

The candidate will coordinate HVAC, piping systems, and structural elements, delivering builder's work drawings and plantroom layouts to support construction teams in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience creating detailed 3D BIM models (MEP) in Revit MEP up to LOD 400.
• Proficient in Navisworks clash testing and coordination between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D BIM models (HVAC, piping) in Revit MEP at LOD 300–400.
• Run Navisworks clash tests between mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structure.
• Extract fully coordinated 2D shop drawings and plantroom layouts from the 3D model.
• Coordinate builder's work drawings showing slab/wall sleeves, core holes, and plinths.

Job description

• Develop detailed 3D BIM models, coordinated HVAC and piping shop drawings, clash detection reports, and fabrication spools in full compliance with project BIM execution plans (BEP).

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

• 3D BIM Modeling: Create detailed 3D mechanical models (HVAC ducting, chilled water, extract systems) in Revit MEP at LOD 300 to LOD 400.
• Clash Resolution: Run Navisworks clash tests between mechanical services, electrical containment, plumbing, and structural elements.
• Shop Drawing Extraction: Extract fully coordinated 2D shop drawings, sections, and plantroom layouts directly from the approved 3D model.
• Builder's Work Coordination: Generate precise builder's work drawings showing all slab and wall sleeves, core holes, and plinths.
