Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HVAC BIM Engineer to develop and coordinate BIM models for installation and multidisciplinary clash resolution.

You will model ductwork, piping and equipment in Revit and run Navisworks clash checks to support accurate fabrication and on-site installation. The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years of HVAC BIM experience, strong Revit and Navisworks skills, and a solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping and coordination with other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• 5–8+ years of HVAC BIM experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping and multidisciplinary coordination.
• UAE/GCC project experience preferred.

• Model ductwork, chilled-water piping, equipment, air terminals and related systems as applicable.
• Coordinate duct routes, pipework, ceiling spaces and equipment clearances.
• Run clash detection using Navisworks and coordinate resolution with other disciplines.

• Incorporate approved revisions and support site technical queries.
• Maintain model accuracy and comply with project BIM standards.
