Job summary

D T ALLIANCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY L.L.C S.O.C in Dubai, UAE, seeks an experienced BIM Specialist to develop accurate 3D BIM models aligned with design drawings and project requirements. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure effective model coordination and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities include clash detection, updating models for revisions, and extracting drawings and schedules using Revit and Navisworks to meet deadlines and quality

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Interior Design, or a related discipline
• 3–8+ years of relevant BIM modeling experience within the AEC industry
• Strong hands‑on experience with Autodesk Revit relevant to the respective discipline
• Good knowledge of BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, or interior design drawings
• Experience with Navisworks and BIM coordination is preferred
• Knowledge of LOD, BIM standards, model coordination, and clash detection
• UAE/GCC project experience will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate models within deadlines
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
• Candidates with experience in Architecture, Structural, MEP, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Interior Design, or Joinery BIM are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models based on design drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Prepare detailed BIM models, layouts, sections, elevations, schedules, and construction documentation
• Work closely with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and other disciplines to ensure effective model coordination
• Review design drawings and identify discrepancies, clashes, and coordination issues
• Participate in clash detection and BIM coordination using Revit, Navisworks, or other relevant platforms
• Update BIM models based on design revisions, RFIs, site requirements, and coordination comments
• Maintain model accuracy, quality, naming conventions, and project BIM standards
• Extract drawings, schedules, quantities, and other required information from BIM models
• Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, and modeling standards
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of assigned BIM deliverables
• Support BIM Coordinators and project teams in resolving technical and modeling issues
• Ensure all models and deliverables meet required quality and project deadlines
