Job summary

Bimlord in Abu Dhabi seeks a BIM specialist to lead building information modeling for GCC projects. You will leverage Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks to develop models, coordinate disciplines, and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

With 3–6 years of experience (including 2+ years in GCC projects) you will deliver high-quality BIM models and shop drawings on schedule, while familiarizing with Dubai Building Codes and Dubai Municipality Codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience with 2 years in GCC projects.
• Proficient in software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks.
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination between different disciplines.
• Familiar with Dubai Building Codes, Dubai Municipality Codes.
• Ability to deliver high-quality BIM models and shop drawings efficiently and on schedule.
