We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeler – MEP with a specialization in swimming pool projects to develop accurate 3D BIM models covering pool mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role requires strong technical modeling capability combined with sound knowledge of pool hydraulics, filtration, and UAE MEP/pool design standards, and close coordination with civil, structural, landscape, and architectural teams.
