Job summary

Black & Grey HR partners with a leading UAE construction contractor to recruit an Assistant Architect Architectural Modeler. The role focuses on drafting, 3D modeling, and coordinating with site teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.

The candidate will prepare 3D models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools, and assist in reviews of shop drawings and submissions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in civil/residential/mixed-use projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural drawings and 3D models and prepare design documentation.
• Support architects and technical teams in layouts and presentations.

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading construction contracting company in the UAE to recruit a detail-oriented and technically skilled Assistant Architect Architectural Modeler for their growing project portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in architectural drafting 3D modeling and project coordination within contracting or construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings 3D models and design documentation using Revit AutoCAD SketchUp or similar software.
• Support architects and technical teams in developing project layouts and design presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering and site teams to ensure design accuracy and project feasibility.
• Assist in reviewing shop drawings BOQs and technical submissions.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local authority regulations.
• Maintain design quality and timely delivery of project documentation.

Requirements

• Experience in Civil Residential and Mixed-Use projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing space planning and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD SketchUp or related architectural software.
