Black & Grey HR is looking to hire a skilled BIM Modeler (Structure) for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The role involves developing and coordinating structural BIM models for construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, and BIM execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed structural BIM models using Revit and related BIM software.
• Prepare structural shop drawings, reinforcement details, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines.
• Identify and resolve clashes through model coordination and clash detection processes.
• Ensure structural BIM models comply with project standards, specifications, and authority requirements.
• Update and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support project delivery teams.
• Extract quantities, schedules, and reports from BIM models as required.
• Maintain BIM families, templates, and model libraries.
• Ensure timely submission of accurate BIM deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler (Structure) in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of structural detailing, reinforcement modeling, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and clash detection workflows.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
