Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator – Building Projects in the UAE to support BIM coordination across construction projects. The role focuses on multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, drawing coordination, and ensuring accurate BIM deliverables.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or Architecture with 5+ years of BIM coordination experience in building projects, preferably with UAE/GCC exposure, and hands-on

• 5+ years of BIM coordination experience in building construction projects.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Experience on high-rise, commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate design issues using BIM software.
• Review and update BIM models based on project requirements and design changes.
• Support BIM Managers and project teams with model coordination and reporting.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, BEP, and client requirements.
• Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, and model review updates.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve BIM-related issues.
• Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built models, and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate BIM files, model versions, and information exchanges.

The role will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary model coordination, clash detection, drawing coordination, and ensuring accurate BIM deliverables in line with project requirements and standards.
