Job summary

LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants in Dubai seeks a seasoned BIM Lead/Coordinator for interior design projects. You will manage BIM workflows, coordinate models, and ensure adherence to standards and deadlines, interfacing with design and site teams.

The role requires extensive BIM experience in interior design, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and strong leadership to guide a BIM team through complex projects in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of BIM experience, with strong exposure to interior design / fit-out projects.
• Proficient in Revit (Interior/Architecture), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and coordination processes.
• Experience working on UAE or GCC projects is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for BIM workflow.

• Implement BIM Project Standards.
• Lead internal Weekly BIM Coordination Meetings.
• Execute Quality Control (QC) Procedures.
• Daily model management administration and maintenance.

• Provides BIM training where needed.
• Lead creating high detailed and advanced families.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Extensive experience within Interior Design specifically.
• Confidence in managing a BIM team.
• Client facing - must be confident to discuss/respond during Client interactions.
