Job summary

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a BIM Manager for a leading international architectural and engineering consultancy based in Abu Dhabi. You will drive BIM standards and delivery across multi-disciplinary teams across diverse projects.

You will work with senior leaders to ensure BIM integration throughout the project lifecycle, with emphasis on ISO 19650, Revit and Navisworks expertise, and strong stakeholder engagement in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant BIM management experience in architecture/engineering consultancy.
• Proven BIM delivery on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and related Autodesk tools.
• Solid understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans and information management.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design and digital delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management.
• Currently in the UAE or with substantial regional experience.

Job description

We are searching for a BIM Manager to join a highly regarded international architectural and engineering consultancy based in Abu Dhabi.

Working across a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving the implementation, management and continuous development of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes and standards across multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsible for overseeing BIM strategy, implementation and delivery across a range of architectural and engineering projects. You will work closely with senior leadership, project directors, design managers and technical teams to ensure the effective integration of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

• A degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in BIM management within an architectural or engineering consultancy environment.
• Proven experience managing BIM delivery on large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks and the wider Autodesk ecosystem.
• Excellent understanding of ISO 19650, BIM Execution Plans and information management processes.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design coordination and digital project delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Should be currently working in the UAE or have significant experience in the region
