We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic BIM Manager to lead the digital design and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM strategies, ensuring multidisciplinary coordination, and driving digital innovation across all projects. You will act as the technical champion for BIM, ensuring that our architectural deliverables meet the highest international standards and local authority requirements.

Required profile

Requirements:

• – 8–12+ years of relevant experience in BIM management within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
• – Proven experience working on large-scale architectural projects in the GCC region.
• – Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role within an architecture firm is highly preferred.
• – Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) is essential.
• – Strong command of Navisworks (Manage/Simulate), AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .
• – Experience with Dynamo/Grasshopper for computational design is a strong advantage.
• – Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and Dubai Municipality BIM mandates.
• – Familiarity with Rhino, 3ds Max, or Unreal Engine for visualization is beneficial.
• – Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• – Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• – Ability to solve complex problems and resolve conflicts in a fast‑paced en vironment.
