Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai, UAE, invites an experienced BIM leader to develop and drive BIM strategies, execution plans, standards and workflows for major infrastructure projects. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across structural, MEP, utilities, roads and coordination for timely delivery.

You will oversee BEP creation, model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings, while ensuring LOD compliance, data environments, and BIM submissions to stakeholders, reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 8–15 years of BIM experience in roads, bridges, infrastructure, or utilities.
• Strong experience in BIM management or senior BIM engineering roles.
• Proficiency in BIM tools: Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, InfraWorks.
• Experience with BEP, model coordination, clash detection, workflows, and CDE environments.
• Knowledge of UAE project standards and RTA requirements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BIM strategies, execution plans, standards, and workflows.
• Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination across structural, MEP, utilities, roads, and infrastructure.
• Manage model reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure BIM models meet project requirements, LOD standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, designers, and project teams.
• Support design, construction, as-built, and handover BIM deliverables.
• Manage BIM documentation, data environments, and model submissions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to BIM Engineers and Modelers.
• Drive digital construction practices and continuous BIM improvement.
• Report BIM progress, risks, and coordination issues to project management.
