Job summary

PeopleStrong seeks a BIM Revit/AutoCAD modeling professional to develop and maintain 3D BIM models for precast elements and associated construction drawings.

You will coordinate across Architecture, Structural and MEP, perform clash detection, and produce GA drawings in line with BEP standards. The role supports on-site fabrication teams and QA/QC processes, ensuring version control and timely drawing issuance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models (Revit) for precast elements such as columns, beams, walls, slabs, stairs and façades.
• Coordinate and federate models across Architecture, Structural and MEP; run clash detection and issue reports.
• Extract general arrangement, element and production drawings from BIM models per project requirements.
• Apply and maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, Levels of Detail (LOD) and modelling protocols.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and Detailers to incorporate connection details, embedded items and reinforcement.
• Support resolution of design and coordination issues raised through RFIs and reviews.
• Liaise with Production to verify model information against moulds and manufacturing needs, supporting QA/QC.
• Maintain model version control, revision tracking and drawing issue registers.
• Provide model-based information to site/erection teams for sequencing and clash-free installation.

Job Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models (Revit) for precast elements — columns, beams, wall panels, load-bearing walls, façade/cladding panels, hollow-core and solid slabs, staircases, balconies, parapets and other structural/architectural components.
• Coordinate and federate models with Architectural, Structural and MEP disciplines; run clash detection in Navisworks and issue coordination/clash reports.
• Extract general arrangement, element and production drawings from BIM models in line with project and factory documentation requirements.
• Apply and maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, Levels of Detail (LOD) and modelling protocols in accordance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and Detailers/Draftsmen to incorporate connection details, embedded items, inserts and reinforcement information into the model.
• Support resolution of design and coordination issues raised through RFIs, consultant comments and internal design reviews.
• Liaise with the Production Department to verify model information against mould, formwork, reinforcement and manufacturing requirements, and support QA/QC checks prior to issue.
• Maintain model version control, revision tracking and drawing issue registers.
• Provide model-based information to site/erection teams for erection sequencing and clash-free installation, and participate in design/BIM coordination meetings with consultants and internal teams.
