Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in architectural engineering.
• 8+ years of architectural engineering experience with strong BIM expertise.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp).
• Navisworks experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and design principles.
• Leadership and team-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of BIM engineers and technicians.
• Develop and manage complex architectural BIM models.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely BIM model delivery and integration.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
• Review BIM models for accuracy and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP, Engineering, Tender, and Operations teams.
• Liaise with consultants, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Attend project meetings and communicate BIM-related requirements and updates.
• Implement quality assurance processes for BIM deliverables.
• Identify opportunities for BIM process improvement and innovation.
• Manage and maintain large BIM datasets and models.
