Job summary

NYK Law Firm in Dubai seeks a Senior Legal Associate to handle complex corporate, commercial, and dispute resolution matters. You will deliver precise, practical legal advice reporting to Partners.

The role requires 5+ years post-qualification, Arabic and English fluency (and another language), strong drafting, advocacy, and UAE law knowledge. On-site collaboration with a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• LLB degree required; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm (UAE/International).
• Bilingual/Trilingual proficiency in Arabic, English and any other language; strong knowledge of UAE laws.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex legal matters with practical, risk-based guidance.
• Draft and review contracts, pleadings, memoranda, legal opinions.
• Develop case strategies for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and governmental authorities.
• Manage case files independently and progress matters on schedule.
